Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka, from Minsk (the capital of Belarus) she is the daughter of Sergey. Sergey was a hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk, Belarus on May 5th of 1998. She has won 12 WTA titles throughout her career. Among them is the Grand Slam of 2023 Australian Open. In addition, she's an outstanding doubles player. She's won two more Majors in this area, the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both by Elise Mertens. Additionally, she was able to complete The Sunshine Double in 2019, by winning her the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open with Elise Mertens. Four couples only managed to achieve this feat in women's doubles. In January of 2023 she reached her highest ranking in singles. On 23rd August in 2021, she shot to the second spot in the list of rankings. The Belarusian rose up to the top of singles rankings the year following, having triumphing at Melbourne. This made her the only Belarusian tennis player to have success on the court. The coach she was working with was the former Russian tennis player Dmitry Tursunov from 2018 until the conclusion of the 2019 season and partly at the beginning of 2020. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach she worked with from August through September 2020. She is being trained by her countryman Antonio Dubrov since the end of 2020. Serena Williams is her role hero, being followed by Maria Sharapova.
